How to Use:

     Open the pad wrapper and unfold the pad completely.

     Peel off the backing to expose the adhesive side.

      Place the pad sticky-side down onto the center of your underwear.

      Align it properly for full front-to-back coverage.

       Fold the wings around the sides of your underwear and press firmly to secure in place.

        Wear the pad for up to 8–10 hours or change as needed, especially on heavier flow nights.

       Dispose of the used pad by wrapping it in the wrapper or tissue and placing it in a trash bin. Do not flush.
